BAY INFERENCE:  According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea still persists and it may form into a Depression at (15.5.2020) and a Cyclonic Storm at (16.5.2020). It is very likely to move Northwest wards initially and then North -Northeast wards recurve after (17.5.2020). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 14th May, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and Shan States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayin and Mon States.
