BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists and couldn't significantly intensify in the current condition. Weather is a few cloud over Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 04th May, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin Eastern Shan and Chin State and scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan(Northand South) State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 04th May, 2020:   LIkelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 04th May, 2020:        Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).
