BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 23rd April, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Shan State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States.
