BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23rd April, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Northern Shan State and isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 23rd April, 2020:   Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 23rd April, 2020:  Partly cloudy.

FORECAST FOR MANDALAY AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 23rd April, 2020:  Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).
