SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered  in Kachin and Northern Shan States, isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above April average temperature in Kayin State and (2°C) above April average temperatures in Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Eastern Shan and Mon States and (2°C) below April average temperature in  Northern Shan State and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (45°C) in Chauk, (42°C)each in Magway and Aunglan and (41°C)each in Minbu, Sinbyugyun, Taunggu, Bawlakhae, Myawaddy and  Hlaingbwe. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.39) inch in Pyinmana, (0.32) inch in Lashio, (0.19) inch each in Kunlong and Gangaw, (0.15) inch in Thipaw and (0.12) inch in Naypyitaw(Zabuthiri).

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is  a few cloud to partly cloudy over the  Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th April, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
