SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours,

rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Taninthayi Region and weather has been

partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above

April average temperatures in Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Kayin States

and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant

day temperatures were (45°C) in Chauk and (41°C)each in Myinmu, Myingyan, Minbu,

Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwinggyi, Gangaw and Sinbyugyun. The noteworthy amount

of rainfall recorded was (1.07) inches in Kawthaung.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the  Andaman Sea and East central Bay

andpartly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th April, 2020: Rain or thundershowers

arelikely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin,

Northern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be

partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height

will beabout (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers

in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine

States.
