BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24^th February, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Shan States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Ayeyarwady Region, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy to cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
