SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain have been widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, scattered in Chin State and isolated in Mandalay Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan, Kayah and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperatures in Bago Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan State and  (5°C) to (6°C) above February average temperatures in Yangon Region and Northern Shan State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C)in Heho and (6°C) each in Mindat, Hakha, Falam and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Myitkyina, Ramthlo and Homalin (0.16)inch each, Putao, Mogaung and Tiddim (0.12)inch each and Monyin, Hkamti and Tamu (0.08)inch each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th February, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and isolated in (Northern and Eastern)Shan State. Degree of certainty of (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the Whole country.
