BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and a few cloud  over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st January, 2020: Light rain or thundershower will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan and Chin States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:  Continuation of isolated rain or thundershower in Kachin State.
