SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine, Kayah and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (7°C) below December average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) below December average temperatures in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Kayah and Kayin States, (2°C) below December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Mon State and about December average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (2°C) each in Namsam and Heho, (3°C) in Pinlaung, (4°C) each in Loilin, Kengtung and Mogoke and (5°C) each in Lashio, Mongyang and Mindat.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th December, 2019: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Kachin State.
