SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Bago Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (8°C) below December average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (5°C) to (6°C) below December average temperatures in Northern Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) to (4°C) below December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States, (2°C) below December average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and about December average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) each in Heho and Hakha, (2°C) each in Namsam and Mongyang, (3°C) each in Pinlaung, Kengtung, Pyinoolwin and Mogoke, (4°C) each in Lashio and Loilin and (5°C) each in Thipaw, Kyaukmae, Mindat and Ramthlo.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th December, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States.
