SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region and (Northern and Southern)Shan State. Weather has been generally fair in Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below December average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) below December average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and Kayah State and (3°C) above December average temperature in Southern Shan State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (6°C) each in Putao and Tiddim, (7°C) each in Tongzan, Ramthlo and Mogoke and (8°C) each in Heho, Mindat and Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfalls recorded were Tatkon (0.16)inch, Yamethin (0.12)inch and Loilin (0.08)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 06th December, 2019: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Bago Region, Shan and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 – 7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
