SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region and Mon State. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Kayin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above December average temperatures in Magway Region, Kayin and Mon States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (6°C) each in Heho and Ramthlo, (7°C) each in Putao and Mogoke and (8°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Loilin, Mindat and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.23)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North and East central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 04th December, 2019: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the whole country.
