BAY INFERENCE: Weather is ‌partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 03rd December, 2019: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State.
