SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Yangon Region and Kayin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below December average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above December average temperatures in Sagaing, Magway and Bago Regions, Northern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-2°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Ramthlo, (7°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Heho and Mindat and (8°C) each in Loilin and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is ‌a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 03rd December, 2019: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State.
