SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Southern Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperatures in Eastern Shan State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam and Heho and (9°C) each in Pinlaung, Mongyang, Mindat and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.31)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North and East central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 01st December, 2019: Light rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States.
