SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam and Heho and (9°C) each in Pinlaung, Loilin and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.04)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th November, 2019: Light rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region.
