SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Yangon Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperatures in Eastern Shan and Rakhine States, (2°C) above November average temperature in Magway Region and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Namsam, (8°C) each in Heho, Loilin, Mindat and Ramthlo and (9°C) in Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.04)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th November, 2019: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 –7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3 – 5) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Northern Shan and Chin States.
