SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Namsam, (8°C) each in Heho and Mindat, (9°C) each in Loilin, Ramthlo and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28^th November, 2019: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the whole country.
