SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Yangon Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and  Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State and (2°C) below November average temperature in Taninthayi Region  and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Hakha, (7°C) each in Heho and Mogoke, (8°C) each in Pinlaung, Mindat, Tongzan and Ramthlo and (9°C) each in Namsam and Loilin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th November, 2019: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Saging, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.  

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2–4) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
