SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region, (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Mogoke, (7°C) each in Heho, Mongyang and Ramthlo and (8°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Mindat, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25^th November, 2019: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.  

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2–4) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin State.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 25^th November, 2019:    Generally fair weather.
