SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Kachin and Mon States, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Eastern and Northern Shan, Kayah State and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Southern Shan and Chin States, (3°C) above November average temperatures in Kachin State and (2°C) above November average temperature in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin and Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Mogoke, (7°C) each in Namsam and Mongyang, (8°C) each in Pinlaung, Heho and Ramthlo. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Yay (0.31)inch, Putao (0.28)inch and Machanbaw (0.24)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Westcentral Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 19th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kachin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of decrease of night temperature in Eastern Myanmar areas.
