SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours,light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and weather hasbeen partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Mon States, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Mandalay and Magway Regions and Kachin and Shan (North and South) States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) in Hakha, (10°C) each in Mindat and Ramthlo, (11°C) in Tiddim and (12°C) each in Pinlaung, Pyinoolwin and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.   

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Myanmar area.
