BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13rd November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated  in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin,  Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.   

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region.
