SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Rakhine State, isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Bago Regions and Northern Shan State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Magway Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan States, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan and Kayah States, (5°C) above November average temperature in Kachin State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (9°C) in Hakha, (10°C) in Mindat, (12°C) in Pinlaung and Tiddim and (13°C) in Loilin and Ramthlo. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Sittwe (0.64) inches, Kyauktaw (0.51)inches, Mogaung (0.39)inches, Manaung (0.28)inches, Mogoke (0.16)inches and Paletwa and Pyay (0.12) inches each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13rd November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin and Chin States, isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.   

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region.
