BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (06:30)M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Vietnam moved to Westwards and has weaken into a wave.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 12th November, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayah State, rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Chin States and isolated in  the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).  

STATE OF THE SEA:  Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States.
