BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (18:30)M.S.T today, the Tropical Depression "Nakri" over Vietnam has weaken into the Low Pressure Area.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 12th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern) Shan and Rakhine States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway and Bago Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough sea are likely at times off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet off and along Rakhine Coasts and (5-7) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States.
