BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over the North Andaman Sea. It is forecast to move West- Northwest wards and may further intensify into a Depression over Eastcentral Bay of Bengal during next (48) hours .Weather is a few cloud over the North and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8-12) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (4-7) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
