BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (06:30) hrs MST today, the Land Depression over Cambodia has downgraded to the low pressure area and it is forecast to move Northwest ward.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6–9) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about ( 4–6) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
