BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEACTURE CONDITION: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm "Matmo" over the South China Sea has weaken into Tropical Storm and made landfall to Vietnam Coast. It is continuosly to move Westwards and  forecast to cross over Cambodia today evening.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st  October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan State and isolated in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan,  Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 31st October, 2019: Partly cloudy.

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 31st October, 2019: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).
