BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Comorin area and adjoining Equatorial India Ocean still persists. Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 30th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan State,  isolated in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan,  Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
