SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Upper Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, isolated in Bago and Taninthayi Regions and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Putao (1.22)inches,  Hkamti (0.90)inch, Homalin (0.78)inch,  Pathein (0.67)inch and Okpho (0.47)inch.                                                                      

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin and Kayah States.
