BAY INFERENCE: Weather is  partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and  Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 26th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will scattered in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Chin States and isolated in remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Southern Shan State.
