SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Northern Shan State, scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and Mon States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Thipaw (0.90)inch and Kyaukmae (0.12)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (11:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Westcentral Bay of Bengal off Andhra Pradesh coast(India) has moved Andhra Pradesh coast(India). Weather is a few cloud over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and isolated in Taninthayi Region, (Northern and Southern)Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
