SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Taninthayi Region and Chin State, isolated in Magway Region, (Northern and Southern) Shan and Rakhine States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Matupi (0.24)inch, Ramthlo  (0.20)inch, Taunggyi and Hakha (0.16)inch each and Kyaukmae, Magway, Thandwe and Kawthaung (0.08)inch each.

 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and East Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21st October, 2019: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State.
