SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing and Bago Regions, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Naypyitaw, Kachin and Shan States, scattered in Mandalay, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine and Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Myitkyina (2.40)inches, Pyinmana(Walgyi) (1.42)inches, Pinlaebu (1.38)inches, Thipaw (1.11)inches, Myauk U (0.98)inch, Pyinmana (0.86)inch, Laiway (0.67)inch and Namsam, Maungdaw, Ann and Loikaw (0.63)inch each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Kayah States, scattered in Mandalay, Magway, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
