BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 12th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, (Northern and Southern) Shan and Rakhine States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago and Yangon Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States.
