SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States, fairly widespread in Magway, Bago and Yangon Regions, (Northern and Eastern)Shan and Chin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Magway Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Putao (2.79) inches, Machanbaw (2.68)inches, Hmawbi (1.96)inches, Kyaukhtu (1.95)inches, Tatkon, Yay and Launglon(1.38)inches each, Pinlaung (1.34)inches, Belin (1.30)inches and Myauk U (1.06)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 7th October, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Kayah and Kayin States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago and Yangon Regions, Southern Shan, Rakhine and Mon States, fairly widespread in Ayeyarwady Region and Northern Shan State and  widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region.
