 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th October, 2019:   Weather will be partly cloudy in Magway Region and Kayah State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States, scattered in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of rain or thundershowers in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and Shan States.
