SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region, Kachin and Shan States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Rakhine State, scattered in Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Chin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Myeik (1.65)inches, Kawkareik (1.50)inches, Paletwa (1.26)inches, Kyauktaw (0.87)inch and Hmawbi (Agro-Met) and Mawlamyine (0.79)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th September, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in (Northern and Eastern) Shan State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Chin and Rakhine States, scattered in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3–6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
