BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 19th September, 2019: Weather has been partly cloudy in  Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region,  scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Region, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6–8) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about

(4–6) feet in off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of thundery activities in Central Myanmar areas.
