BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 02ndAugust, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing Region and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in  Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago and Yangon  Regions. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA:  Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9 – 11) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
