SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region and (Northern and Easthern)Shan States, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay and Magway Regions and Kayah State, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Southern Shan States, fairly widespread in Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Bago and Yangon Regions. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Thaton (5.16)inches, Yay (4.76)inches, Maungdaw (4.69)inches, Hpa-an (4.17)inches, Theinzayet  (3.98) inches, Launglon (3.94)inches, Myauk U (3.82)inches, Phyarpon (3.66)inches, Paung (3.58)inches, Dawei (3.50)inches, Chaungsone (3.39)inches, Shwekyin and Labutta (3.28)inches each. 

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th July, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, (Southern and Easthern)Shan and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region and Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8 -10)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Northern Shan States.
