BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 31^st May, 2019:  Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and Rakhine State, scattered in  Mandalay and Magway Regions and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Bago Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:  Likelihood of advancement of Southwest Monsoon into the Deltaic areas.
