BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It may further intensify into a depression during next (12)hours. Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 26th April, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Shan States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States.
