SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, Weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Kachin and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March normal temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah and Kayin States and about March normal temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Chauk, (41°C) in Aunglan, (40°C) each in Minbu, Magway, Taungdwingyin, Gangaw, Sinbyugyun, Tharrawady, Phyu, Gyobingauk, Bawlakhae and Myawaddy.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and generally fair over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th March, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Kayin and Mon States.
