SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain have been scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March normal temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Bago Regions, Southern Shan and Mon States and about March normal temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk, (41°C) each in Aunglan, Sinbyugyun and Phyu. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Putao (0.55)inch and Machanbaw (0.24)inch.
 
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay and generally fair over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th March, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Bago and Yangon Regions.
