Bay of Bengal situation

1. A low pressure area may from over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and may intensify into a Depression. Weather will be a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Rain conditions and rainy days

2. Rainfall conditions are expected to be above normal in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, (Southern & Eastern) Shan States, below normal in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States and about normal in in Mandalay, Magway, Tanintharyi Regions, Kayin, Mon, Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States. 

3. There may be thunderstorms in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States for 1 to 4 days and in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, (Southern & Eastern)Shan Stats for 5 to 8 days. 

Day temperature 

4. Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions may experience 1.5 degrees Celsius or more of the average October temperature, while Upper Sagaing, Tanintharyi Regions, Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States may experience about the average October temperature. 

Night temperature 

5. Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Tanintharyi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine and Shan States may experience about the average October temperature.
