SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Eastern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below December average temperatures in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Chin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.6°C in Hakha, 4.5°C in Heho, 4.8°C each in Tiddim and  Loilin, 5.0°C in Namsan (Southern Shan), 5.8°C in Pinlaung, 7.0°C in Mongyang, 7.3°C in Putao, 7.7°C in Pyinoolwin, 8.0°C in Lashio and 8.8°C in Naungcho.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21st December 2025: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weather will be generally fair in the whole country.
