SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain have been fairly widespread in Yangon Region and isolated in Bago Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Kayah, Chin, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below December average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin States, 2°C above December average temperatures in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 2.0°C in Hakha, 5.0°C in Putao, 5.3°C in Heho, 5.5°C  in Tiddim, 7.8°C in Loilin, 8.0°C each in Pinlaung and Mongyang, 8.2°C in Machanbaw, 8.5°C each in Mingin and Namsan(Southern Shan) and 9.0°C in Pyinoolwin. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 0.28 inch in Hmawbi, 0.16 inch in Hmawbi(Agro-Met) and 0.04 inch each in Khayan and Kungyangon.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
